I love this book so much! This is a great novel with three perspectives; Even, Mortimer, and Al. Evan finds a small, free little library and takes home two books. Later that day, at home he discovers that the famous author, H.G. Higgins, had checked out both of the library books. It turns out, both of these books were from a library that burned down years ago. Did H. G. Higgins used to live in the small, old town of Martinville? But later in the book, after discussing the matter with his friend, Rafe, another mystery occurs: who burned down the library? I found it really hard to put this fantasy plot twister!
